Note about Certain Transformers
Classic Tone Transformers While Supplies Last
5F1 and 5F2A and 5E3
The once ubiquitous 40-18019 and 40-18021 power transformers are sold out. We cannot get any more.
We still have a few 40-18115 (5 watt four ohm) Classic Tone Output Transformers (for 5F1 and 5F2A).
Note that Power and Output Transformers of different brands can typically be mixed and matched.
A good Power Transformer for 5F1 & 5F2A for good service & value is the Hammond 290AX.
These Hammond units mate well with the Classic Tone Output Transformers we carry until our supply is sold out.
There are sellers on ebay who offer Heyboer transformer sets for 5E3 and 5F1 at reasonable prices. This is a good option to consider.
